Emotional Support for people living with chronic health conditions.
Our aim is to preserve and protect good mental health through the provision of a consistent, non judgmental, private and confidential space for people to speak about anything with trained listeners.
Our one-to-one listening service supports people living with chronic health issues through depression, anxiety, stress and the negative thoughts that impact on their mental health and well-being and make their everyday life challenging.
All of our staff and volunteer listeners are highly experienced, knowledgeable, work in a professional manner, have completed nationally recognised training and are therefore qualified to offer one to one emotional support.
