Chronic Health Support

We offer culturally appropriate, practical support, information, advice, resources, guidance and specific one-to-one emotional support for people of African heritage living with or affected by chronic health conditions through peer led support that is delivered by highly trained and experienced, knowledgeable support workers and mentors who work in a professional manner and have completed nationally recognised training.

Our support workers and mentors are friendly, discreet, non judgmental and most importantly culturally aware of diverse backgrounds and identities and because of this, are therefore culturally competent to bring forth a productive and effective working method that integrates cultural experiences and intersecting identities into a faith sensitive, culturally informed and culturally specific service that suits.
